F / D: NIZWA, BAHLA, JABRIN & BIRKAT AL MOUZ: 8 hours with lunch DAILY (NO FRIDAY)
Departure at 08.30 am for Nizwa. Arrival and visit of the souq, both the famous old part for the spices and the new part of are found objects of every type, especially the "kanjar", famous daggers symbol of Oman. Visit also some fruit and vegetable market. We will then visit the Fort dating back to the 17th century, with the imposing circular tower. Lunch at local restaurant. Departure to Jabrin where we will visit the Fort one of the most refined in Oman. Continue to Bahla where we will visit the Fortified City. You will be able to observe the remains of the 12 km long walls. that surrounded and protected the imposing Fort and the numerous villages inside. The whole complex is under the protection of UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Departure for Muscat. Stop in Birkat Al Mawz to visit one of the 5 "falaj" always run by UNESCO. Arrival in Muscat and end of the tour. Lunch will be made in a hotel restaurant (Arabic specialties) including mineral water. Entrance to the Nizwa and Jabrin Forts included.

Important : We remind you that to visit the great mosque, women will need to have their wrists and ankles completely covered, no front neckline and headscarf covering the head and hair. Men must wear long trousers and t-shirts (no tank tops or sim.) Bikinis and skimpy dresses, shorts and necklines are not allowed in the villages and some hypermarkets.
